1. Introduction

• Welcome to the Doctor 24By7 Patient App. This platform allows patients to connect with qualified doctors, schedule appointments, and engage in virtual consultations from the comfort of their home. By using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Account Registration

• Important: The Doctor 24By7 Patient App is only accessible to patients who have a valid registration with clinics or hospitals that use the Doctor 24By7 EMR Platform. Public sign-up is not permitted.
• Patients must register using accurate personal and contact information. Falsifying details or impersonating others is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. To log in and access the app, you must enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP and proceed with the login.

3. Services Available

The Doctor 24By7 Patient App offers the following services:

• Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments with your preferred doctor.
• Video Consultations: Attend secure video-based consultations.
• Doctor Communication: Message your doctor for clarifications or follow-ups.
• Secure Payments: Pay consultation fees through the app’s integrated secure payment gateway.

4. Payment Terms

• Patients are required to make full payment at the time of booking. The app uses secure third-party payment gateways to process all transactions. Doctor 24By7 is not responsible for payment failures or technical glitches in payment processing.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• In case if cancellation has been done from doctor before the commencement of the Schedule/meeting: Full refund will be provided including convenience and transaction charges to the patient.
• In case if cancellation has been done from patient before the commencement of the Schedule/meeting: Full refund will be provided excluding convenience and transaction charges.
• If the consultation does not happen from the doctor’s side, due to any special circumstances like technical issues or for any reason, an option to request refund will be available to the patient for a period of 3 working days, but the issuance of full or part refund will be on the sole discretion of Doctor 24By7.
• Note: Patients can reschedule their appointments at their convenience based on the availability of the doctors.

6. Convenience and Transaction Charges

• Patients will hold the responsibility of paying the Convenience and Transaction charges.
• Doctor 24By7 holds all the rights to change the amount of convenience or transaction charges irrespective of time.

7. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your personal and medical data collected through this app is stored securely and used only for service delivery purposes. Doctor 24By7 complies with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Medical Disclaimer

• Doctor 24By7 is not responsible for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment outcomes. The app acts as a facilitator, connecting patients and doctors. For any medical concerns, please consult your doctor directly.

9. User Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

• Provide accurate health information.
• Attend appointments on time.
• Avoid abusive or inappropriate communication.
• Respect the doctor’s professional boundaries.

10. Termination of Access

• Doctor 24By7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate patient accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
